Exchange Policy

At Azial Beauty, we guarantee customer satisfaction. If the received product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.


To process the exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and manuals.


Once the product is received and inspected, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Azial Beauty in cases of verified defects.
